With a passion for golf dating back to the 1980s, Theo has played more than 200 courses in 10 countries.
He is also the Corporate Finance Director at CapitalExchangeHQ, a London-based financial services firm. He brings over a decade of leadership experience having worked in the USA, UK, Europe and Middle East.
Theo leads the selection of golf locations for our global networking events, creating opportunities for professionals across industries to play golf and connect in amazing settings.

Meet Xico, your go-to wine enthusiast! Her wine journey began in Jerez, Spain, where she fell for the fortified wines of the region.
With WSET Level 2 training, and a background in quality assurance; Xico has excelled as a productivity champion at organisations including; CapitalExchangeHQ, the NHS, Bupa Dental Care and Surrey County Council.
Xico leads the wine selection from around the world, hosting tailored wine tastings for our clients. She also manages partnerships with wine brands and luxury spas.
