For Theo, golf has always been more than a game. Since the 1980s, it has shaped his outlook, network, and career, and inspired him to build a platform where others can experience the same.
Today, his vision is simple: to create an environment where professionals can build lasting relationships and new opportunities through the shared experience of golf.
He leads the selection of golf locations for our global events. Alongside this, he serves as Director at CapitalExchangeHQ , a London-based financial services firm.

Meet Xico, your go-to wine enthusiast! Her wine journey began in Jerez, Spain, where she fell for the fortified wines of the region.
With WSET training, and a background in quality assurance; Xico has excelled as a productivity champion at organisations including; CapitalExchangeHQ, the NHS, Bupa Dental Care and Surrey County Council.
Xico leads the wine selection from around the world, hosting tailored wine tastings for our clients. She also manages partnerships with wine brands and luxury spas.
