With a passion for wine and eco-friendly golf brands, she organises amazing wine tastings and also spotlights sustainable golf brands, exploring how they're driving a more eco-friendly and socially responsible golf industry.
When she's not swirling and sipping, Xico brings her A-game to the professional world. With a background in quality assurance and data management, she's been a productivity superhero for organisations such as; the NHS, Bupa Dental Care, and Surrey County Council.

Theo has over a decade of commercial know-how, working in the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East on various international projects for large enterprises such as; EY, PwC, Tetra Pak, GSK, and Boeing.
He has been playing golf for more than 35 years and specialises in arranging golf events in different parts of the world for our clients. He has now played more than 200 different courses in over 10 countries. His handicap hovers between 7 & 10.
Theo, is also the corporate finance director of a London-based financial services provider. He frequently arranges networking events that bring together golfers in financial services and other sectors.
